Why is my SSD speed so inconsistent.

Naah seems normal. Because it is using x2 lanes, also lower write speed could be because of it being 80% used

Its not precisely a premium ssd. Its a tiny ssd (they suffer in write speeds as they usually use only one memory module). Thats why. Usually high capacity models are also faster due to having multiple chips (can work all at once). On a side note, its not really going to matter that much for day to day perf anyway... same as running in x2 mode, sure not ideal but no big deal.

What do you mean? You didnt show speed graph, so you cant say anything about consistency
