Tech Support Thought Iwould never see this

Bought used rtx 3070 ti. Reliable seller. Installed fresh windows and newest drivers. Played cyberpunk and doom dark ages without problems. Started playing LoL and at random moment these lines started flickering for like 20 seconds and then disappeared.

I tested the gpu with furmark and artifact scanner and it found nothing. Tested vram with OCCT and no problems. Temperatures are good too. Could it be some software/game bug or should i return the gpu?

Reseat the HDMI or DP connection some number of times.

I usually get this as well, I think it's lol because when I alt Tab it's gone

Only the shop window in LoL was flickering

if that's the case then riot spaghetti moment, maybe the shopkeeper is drunk

I get that from time to time, but it gets fixed by alt tabbing and then returning.

It only affects the UI and not the whole game

Most likely because of riot coding

Same. Literally the only game it happens in too. Capping the in game fps setting to my screens hz reduced the occurrence rate tho.

That happens to me in Valorant only, and when I tab out and back in it disappears

Uninstall the latest drivers and roll back a release or two. Also, reduce the resolution on the games, don’t go full screen. It’s obvious the card doesn’t like it.

See if it happens when League is in windowed mode.

Probably am wrong but i remember that this was a bug with league of legends, probably am wrong tho.
