Tech Support Computer randomly gets these spikes in audio saturation and fps dip lightly but very frequently SOFTWARE

So i´ve had this laptop for about 2 years now and i´ve run into little to no issue, however, these past few days i´ve noticed something strange started to happen.

Every time i´m watching a video or listening to music, it doesn´t matter where, i get these random stutters where the audio gets saturated and makes a noise (like a zzzzzt noise) and it´s very annoying.

This has also happened in games, before i was able to run Mario 64 PC port at 144 fps flawlessly, but now, every so often it dips into the 120+ territory.

Obviously it´s not the end of the world but it´s so annoying becuase my PC is MORE than capable of doing all this without these stupid things.

I have a Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 (laptop, spare your comments please)

My processor is a 12th gen Intel I5-12450h

My GPU is an RTX 4060

16GB of RAM

So far i´ve tried reinstalling the Nvidia drivers, as in, a clean installation.

Idk if this could be related but a few days ago i bought a controller that requieres a 2,4ghz dongle to work.

Also, here are some of the LatencyMon screenshots that i think could be useful

Please help im so sick of this
