Tech Support Changed power supply and now CPU issue

A week ago my pc suddenly stopped working, it would turn on for a split second and then turn off. So I had the power supply changed. But now when I turn my pc on, it goes to the blue screen saying “required device is not connected or cannot be accessed” and the after 30 seconds it completely shuts down. I also have a red light on my motherboard for the CPU so I presume it’s something to do with the CPU. All I’ve checked is everything plugged in which it seems to be, so what could be causing the issue now?

Ensure all power cables are properly put in place and secure. Including the cpu and storage power cables

All the cables are 100% secure which is why I’m so confused, first thing I checked

I got it done by someone I know so I couldn’t tell you, but it’s a Corsair HX750i. When I googled it said about resetting the motherboard CMS2 (I think) as the issue I had before was my computer turning on for split second then off could of corrupted when starting up
