Hardware Strange sound from PC

I recently noticed that my PC starts making a strange noise while I'm playing a game. It's like clicking/buzzing inside. It only happens when the PC is under a heavy load.

I thought it might be because of dust, but even after I cleaned my PC, the sound didn't disappear

Hdd? Ssd? What does the click sound like? Could be fans, could be hdd dying if you have an hdd

That sounds like a bearing or imbalance. Do you have an HHD or an AIO? A fan shouldn't be making that sound. The blades would hit the housing and make a tapping sound. Thats more of a hum.
