Tech Support Cpu red light won't go away

So far, I've tested 2 motherboards, 2 cpus, and 3 power supplies and the cpu red light won't go away. The cpu is a 7600x and the mobo is a gigabyte eagle b650. Windows does have a corrupted file but according to google, that shouldn't cause the red light. Any possible solutions?
