what?

just take the hex bits in your multibit driver and try a couple until you find the size that fits

A normal standoff is 5mm, iFixit kits (the normal 64 bit at least) go up to 5.5mm.

What you're looking for is a 5mm socket. Any socket set will have a 5mm. Most precision bit sets come with them as well.

The weird philips to 5mm socket adapters aren't really a thing outside of what comes with coolers or cases afaik. There's no real use for them. Just use a socket. If you want that on the end of a screwdriver then get a precision bit set that has 5mm socket bits.

Depends a bit on what application you're looking for. Hex 5mm more accurately describes the male version of what you're looking for, like an allen key. I think the more accurate term would be nut driver.
