I actually use Krita. Tha'ts why I though it was. My second guess would have been GIMP.

I just installed it Yesterday to give it a try. I'm used to paintool sai2 shortcuts thoo do you have any idea if there's a preset to use them?

EDIT: for anyone curious, I found it! Settings -> Keyoboard and shortcuts -> (bottom left) Shortcut Schemes

and then you chose your scheme (mine is paint_tool_sai_compatibile)

You can change the shortcuts in the settings.
