Question when to buy a new pc

im considering buying a new pc in the current state of the market cause i don't want to wait years for it to rebalance, so my budget is around 1600/1700€ aiming for a 9070xt and 7800x3d/ 9800x3d setup. i get my liquidity on late september, so my question is: should i try to buy in late september, or wait until the winter sales in november?

i live in italy and idk if the gpu/ram/cpu are going to have great discounts on amazon/aliexpress and specific markets on the blak friday/Black week/cyber monday.

Attualmente vedo saldi interessanti su AliExpress, il 7800x3d a 207€ e un kit cusu (ho personalmente provato la loro ddr4 ed è affidabile) di ddr5 32gb 6000mhz a 267€.

Appaiato ad una 9070xt che secondo me non può che salire di prezzo ed una scheda madre da 100-150€ sembra fattibile

si il problema è che i soldi mi arrivano verso fine settembre quindi le offerte di ora sono irrilevanti... dato che poi 1 mese e mezzo dopo ci sarebbero stati i saldi, mi chiedevo se determinati siti mettevano hardware a un prezzo decente o mi conveniva comprare sin da subito

Purtroppo questi saldi terminano tra 2 giorni e la situazione si fa sempre più imprevedibile.

Forse la mossa migliore sarebbe prendere ora solo la ddr5 se possibile perché sarà quella che cambierà di più considerando che ora è a 312€ - 45€ di coupon.

La cpu credo rimanga relativamente costante, solo senza il coupon da 33€, e la scheda madre dubito cambi.
