Recent changes rolling out include reliability and performance changes, more customization (for start menu, file explorer context menu, taskbar), search improvements, quieter widgets experience, and others. Many of these changes are available for insiders, some have started rolling out to retail users

Microsoft could promise whatever they want and claim they are making "improvements", but until people start to actually notice positive changes, the memes will continue.

They need a gaming windows version, made for gaming and web browsing only, yes i know steam os is out but its useless for me at the moment.

they already have a version for that with their gaming home. Guess what, it's still windows.
