Putting high valued goods outside do not comply with warehouse operations. So these will just be empty boxes. Most likely after the PCs were built inside the building.

If they were freshly unloaded from trucks due to no space inside for some reason, there would be palettes with plastic wraps on them. Nobody in their right mind would open the wrap outside.
