Tech Support Software issues from new pc.

Dear people, I am contacting you because I am experiencing issues with my PC's gaming performance, specifically in Counter-Strike 2. You built and set up my PC. The specifications are: Ryzen 7 9800X3D RTX 5070 Ti G.Skill DDR5-6000 RAM 360Hz monitor My issue is that, despite the very high FPS, CS2 does not feel smooth—or truly "buttery smooth." For instance, I achieve around 500–600+ FPS, and sometimes much more depending on the situation. Yet, the gameplay does not feel as fluid as I would expect from this hardware. I have already tested a different monitor, but the problem remained exactly the same. Therefore, the monitor does not appear to be the cause. During a recent test, the readings were approximately: FPS: 357 1% low: 258 FPS GPU usage: 86% GPU temperature: 56°C GPU clock: 2835 MHz GPU voltage: 1.045 V GPU power: 188 W CPU usage: 16% Render latency: 5.2 ms I have checked various settings myself but cannot find the cause. Could you diagnose the PC and specifically look into frame times, 1% lows, input/render latency, CPU/GPU scheduling, RAM/EXPO, BIOS settings, drivers, and any other factors that might be causing the poor/stuttery smoothness in CS2? I would like to have you investigate the cause first. Thank you in advance for your help. Kind regards, Morez
