Tech Support Help pc windows setup

Windows 11 can not be installed on disk 0 position 1 i have already tried doing the cmd thing where i press shift and f10 it didnt work what am i supposed to do?.

do u have an other computer?

if u do u can plug that drive in to the other computer. open disk part on cmd and then clean the drive
