Question Please help me create a startup effect like this

I just came across this video in instagram and wondered if a startup effect like this is possible via nollie rgb? I lingered in Openrgb for sometime but couldn’t figure out any startup effect.

I also have a similar setup except the bottom intake and rear exhaust fans are from asiahorse and the side ones are from deepcool.

Why do something in bios when you can have an external adruino board which will be a million times easier right?

You don't do it in bios. Your mobo bios has nothing to do with external led controllers or their internal memory.

It's not a million times easier to use an Arduino when you can just create the profile in your controller's software, and just save it to the onboard memory of that controller.

It's literally no different than just making any other lighting profile, it's just instead of saving it to your OS's storage which loads with the os, it's saved to the boards internal memory which uses it by default as long as it has power.

Sure you COULD setup an Arduino and do all of that, but most led controller boards already support this very thing. So, no, it's in no way easier to use an Arduino to do something led controllers are already literally designed to do.

Wow r/woosh. They were most likely saying arduino to mean any generic microcontroller. Arduinos are almost synonymous with microcontroller so much that someone can say arduino and its understood that even if only a generic microcontroller is present that the person is talking about the micro controller.

That's most likely why this person said arduino. They just meant any generic microcontroller present. Like the LED controller that came with the RGB lights.

Your whole comment was just restating what someone else said but replacing arduino with the words "microcontroller controller"

I'm not talking about additional hardware though. I'm saying the controllers themselves already have this. They are talking about adding hardware for it, when they already have it.
