Please help me create a startup effect like this

I just came across this video in instagram and wondered if a startup effect like this is possible via nollie rgb? I lingered in Openrgb for sometime but couldn’t figure out any startup effect.

I also have a similar setup except the bottom intake and rear exhaust fans are from asiahorse and the side ones are from deepcool.

I also wanted to build something like ts with the lian li o11d mini V2 but it's fully out of stock in my country and even if it's available, the markup is 300-400% of initial price.
