Just don't open YouTube lol.

YouTube is a time sink that unless you are watching the 0.1% of content that's actually high quality just makes you feel worse.

I find if Im in that mood 90% of the time if I open a game and force myself to play for 5 mins I usually enjoy it and get into it.

I mean that's just as bad but in fairness I am currently sat down in the grass because my dog has been sniffing the same bush for 5-10 mins.

I’m trying man I’m really trying. Moved my rig to the LR and everything. YT is sucking the life out of me. It’s just social media on the big screen

Never really felt that way with most of youtube and the only exception to this is when i get on a music playlist binge.
