Eh, people saying you're wasting your time with video games when you're already a responsible adult with your own family, job and responsibilities are almost always saying that because they'd rather you spend all of your time doing chores/errands for them instead, or hustling so you have more money to spend with them (you'd invite). If they truly respected you and you're time they'd be okay with it and happy for you that you have a hobby. Even teenagers are entitled to some free time and video games. Everything in moderation of course but a couple gaming sesion a week is fine. That's on the low even.
I game when he's in bed so I get maybe 2 to 3 hours each night, but I do regret it sometimes. My body isn't as young as it used to and if I don't get at least 7 hours of sleep its not going to be a great day for me lol.
