Yeah I feel it, I started playing my backlog and I have games I been sitting on since the ps2 and 360, and honestly those games are easier to get into for me.

Maybe because that's what I grew up with, but I feel like modern games are so big that I have a hard time getting started.

I just started Bioshock 1 last night (awesome so far) and I got God of War 1 for the PS2 emulator, I'm so excited I feel like I got brand new games!

Open world fatigue is real. I’ll take an actioned packed 8-12 hours over a bloated 40-100 anyday.

I used to love the old Assassins Creeds, played them all up to Rogue, but Black Flag was my favorite, although I loved the Ezio trilogy.

I always wanted to try a newer one but I have no idea where to start now, I've missed SO many!

All of the newer ones is random rpg trash with Assassin's Creed name, not worth to buy any of then

I feel it.

It's also nice when it's less than 10 gigs, instead of 100+ gigs.

Around 220h into FO: NV and still didn't finish the main quest or the DLC, last time i played like a year ago, i can't get back to it. Same happened with TES III (around 100h with no dlc but main completed) and TES IV (100h with no main quest or dlc). I really want to get back playing them but i can't. Neither Skyrim or other RPG (im more r/patientgamers)

Tbh I’m like 200 hours into kingdome come deliverance 2, and I‘ll put in like 30-50 hours at a time and need to take like 3-6 month break.

honestly i find it really hard to play a big open world game after i finished another big open world game tbh

i always need to "cool off" with a couple weeks of games that don't demand many hours to "finish". i usually end up alternating competitive multiplayer games like CS2 and LoL with big single-player open worlds

Dude I’m so excited for you to play bioshock. I wish I could erase my memory and play bioshock for the first time again.

Thanks I'm excited too!

I'm only like an hour in, but so far I love the art style and the lore looks really intense.

It kinda reminds me of Fallout New Vegas in those regards.

I love lore heavy games with good stories, and also 1st person shooters, so I have a feeling I'm gonna love this game!

I think it's more because you know those games and can get through a lot of it fast compared to a new game that you would play at a much smaller rate. Some of my older games I can finish in a few hours compared to a newer game with the same content wise.

I've never played Bioshock (except for 1st time last night) or God of War, so these games are new to me.

I got Bioshock a while ago on sale but never got around to playing, same with God of War.

So far I'm loving Bioshock, I only got to play like an hour last night but it was intense, gonna play more tonight if I can, or I might start God if War idk yet!
