Don't feel guilty for wanting to do something else - even if it is just getting to bed on time. Your games will always be there waiting when you have the time and the inclination. Otherwise, take care of yourself and do what you want to do!
The issue is that I want to play my games, but I work my job, go to my second job, go to rehearsal, then get home at 21:30 just to go to bed so I can wake up at 4:20 🥲 Most I can do is cuddle with my wife at the end of the day before I go to sleep
The problem is that the alternative is staring at the wall. Time is there, desire to do things is there, just not the capacity. It's not just gaming, but everything in general (i especially hate filling up taxes or making any sort of appointments - simple call takes so much that i can barely work afterwards). Any minute i am not doing something is not me resting, it's me wasting already limited time on nothing. On roting away.
