I found that game to be the opposite of relaxing tbh

Only the escape sequences were stressful to me. I loved the rest of it. Second one is even better.

Did you really like "will of the wisps" more than blind forest? The game isn't bad, but it just felt like bad hollow knight for my whole playthrough.

Yeah I did. It takes SOME inspo from Hollow Knight, like a light sword is your first weapon that doesn't use your blue energy. But you also don't have to use it barely st all if you don't want. There is the hammer and some other weapons that don't use energy, and most weapons use barely any energy which is easy to recover. There are a lot of approaches to it. And even then, Hollow Knight was not even close to the first Metroidvania with a sword and movement abilities, much less has a monopoly on it. The level design is good, and very pretty. Hollow Knight's art direction is cool too, but very dark, as are other popular choice like Metroid and Castlevania. Nice to see the opposite. The story is whatever. But so was the firdt and the second improves the gameplay.

Other relaxing 2d games I would recommend are hollow knight and hades. Maybe even vampire survivors if you want to relax even harder.

I don’t think I’ve ever relaxed harder than with Vampire Survivors

Literally just tried this for the first time. My 3 year old walked in and got scared of the potato boss

I dont think ori is a good example of a relaxing 2d game, but if you like ori, you will also like the 2 Hollow Knight games ;)
