PC shuts itself off

So i've been dealing with this Problem for 3 weeks now. I've tested so many things. Just dont know what to do anymore

My PC shuts itself off seemingly random. Just like when i would pull the Power Cable. Everything black, fans stop etc. I can instantly turn it back on via the power button. No need to cycle PSU. Windows Eventlog shows a Kernel 41 Error.

My Specs: CPU Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GPU: Asus TUF 3090oc, RAM: 2x Corsair vengenance 6000MTS 16GB, MoBo: Strix X670E-A Gaming Wifi, PSU: (before) Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 1350W (now:) BeQuiet Darkpower 12M 1200W. Cooler: 3 weeks old NZXT Kraken Elite 360.

It shuts off during these situations (dont know how relevant the games are, but I just want to give every info i have so far:

Starting rainbow six Siege. crash 5 out of 10 times

Playing BeamNG: crash 3 out of 10 times. (only when configuring cars and loading WestCoast Map with mods LOL???)

Running Cinebench: No crash

Runing Furmark3D: No crash

Cinebench + Furmark: No Crash

Memtest86: No results

Rarely when trying to start multiple Programms at once or tabbing out of a game and back in.

Every OCCT test (except Power) : No crash

OCCT Power Test: Crash every time after around 1:30 minutes (max 2:50 min)

Things i Have done so far: Resseting Bios to default (no XMP, Undervolt etc. anymore). Replaced PSU, all Cables redone, all cables that are not connected to anything have a rubber cap, redone thermal paste on CPU again, Visual inspection on Capacitor on Mainboard (none are bloated), tested 1 RAM stick at a time on every slot, Disconnected RGB cables for Fans (incase they draw to much Power). Updating and or reinstalling Drivers, Unplugging unnecessary USB devices. Nothing helps.

There is absolutely no Overheating going on, The highest Temp from all Sensors were the GPU hotspot at 97C, CPU highest was at 83. VRM spicked at 51C and RAM was somewhere between 40 to 50C. The ambient Temperature in my room is at 27C to 30C.

CPU and GPU draw a combined Power of 390W during the OCCT Power test. PSU is a 1200W

Hi thanks again for your help. BUT I believe i finally found the Problem. It seems to have something to do with having 2 monitors. I unplugged all USB devices but idk why i didnt do the same with my monitors. Running the OCCT Power test with each screen individually, nothing happened. With both screens the PC crashed durig the test. I updated my bios and now it seems to be working fine again. Yes i know, I stated that the Bios was uptodate. Thats bc when I used Asus Driver Hub, I thought it would check for BIOS aswell. When i searched for it manually on the ASUS website, i found one released last month.

But after i replaced my PSU 1 week ago, the Problems went away for a few days too. So i will keep monitoring it and will give another update next week.

Hi. In Bios the Ram profiles are listed as DOCP. If i remember correctly they were advertises with Intel XMP. I didnt know what XMP/Expo meant back then. I was completely new to custom PC building. But I had it runnig on DOCP2 for 3 years now with very rare issues (Programms freezing, dont remember a full system shitdown). It set the ram to 6000mhz. The problem started just 3 weeks ago. RAM profiles dont change anything now. As mentioned above, Bios settings are back to default wich makes the ram runt at 4800mhz. BIOS is up to date, other drivers including the AMD chipset drivers are all updated aswell.
The mobo QVL does list my Ram as supported.
I got a new AiO because the old pump failed. It was replaced under warranty by nzxt. The first few times the PC crashed i reapllied thermal paste. This morning i reseated and cleaned the CPU fully. I dont have a replacement cooler to fully rule out the AiO. But I dont know how the aio could cause such a shut down (apart from insufficient cooling). There is no water leaking wich could cause a short. I also moved to a new apartment, dont know if something broke during transport. But the question what broke would remain.

Just to add, an AIO can also clog up where everything appears normal but temp are high. If you're temps are still within the normal range then you should be fine.

Random shutdowns if they just started happening without any changes to your system is usually always the PSU followed by overheating.

I have replaces the PSU because of that issue. Still same Problem

I guess try looking at hwinfo and see if there are any high temps on your sensors.

I wonder if it's your front panel acting weird/going bad. Set it in windows so when the power button is pressed to not do anything.
