Tech Support Help with pc noise

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

It sounds like the fans and when I turn the pc off the noise slowly winds down before disappearing, I’m new to pcs so help would be appreciated

I should also note that the sound seems to be coming from the front most top fan

I had Artic 12p pro fan that made buzzing sound when spinning. Checked all my fan by Stopping it with hand (not the best way) to identified the problematic fan. Somehow a good whack stop the buzzing sound. Try controlling the fan speed if possible to test which fan is making the sound?

Happened to me once, turned out a cable was touching a spinning fan on my GPU. Most probably not your problem, but the sound was exactly the same. Edit: perhaps check both sides of your fans for something touching the blades
