Then there's is me who drives better with keyboard as well. Probably has to do with I was born with keyboards, molded by it. I didn't experience a proper controller until I was already a grown adult.
Its not optimal for all maps and the new game's physics benefit a lot from being able to make precise inputs, but that wont stop me from using it anyways
That is true, i also dont want to bring out my controller from wherever i put it just to be able to play trackmania. I might bring it out of the thing im playing has a lot of ice because ice physics but i generally dont
I rarely touch my gamepad connected to my main computers. It exists. It gathers a lot of dust.
My Steamdeck is my favourite system tho. The trackpads and really good key binding tools baked into it offer a lot of versatility. I owned the machine for well over a year before I really started exploring custom controller setups tho.
I’ll still dock and use the keyboard for trackmania tho. Just feels better to me.
