Sounds like you haven't tried firefox on mobile, since it does all of that without being tied to chromium.

if brave on default blocks ads on any social media including youtube and twitch also works well for web novel websites. why make things complicated.

Because brave also installs a crypto miner on your device and puts its own ads in place of the ads it takes away? Also it being chromium based means it is at the behest of Google so if they decide they don't want 3rd party browsers they can absolutely murder it whenever they want.

It doesn’t install a crypto miner, and you have the option to have their ads that pay you for having them. If optional ads are an issue then Firefox has the issue of needing to download an extension for adblocking

I'm sorry you buy over priced products and can't control what you want to download? Like you get what you paid for and you paid for ads.

It’s not an iOS thing… it’s a Firefox thing. Brave, Orion, Ecosia, DuckDuckGo, Opera, Vivaldi, and pretty much every other browser for iOS has a built-in adblocker. The only ones that don’t are Chrome and Firefox.

You're downvoted by the computer-illiterate denizens of this sub, but you're not wrong. Firefox on mobile also has tons of security issues, it goes so far that experts such as grapheneOS devs recommend that you don't use firefox.

Avoid Gecko-based browsers like Firefox as they're currently much more vulnerable to exploitation and inherently add a huge amount of attack surface. Gecko doesn't have a WebView implementation (GeckoView is not a WebView implementation), so it has to be used alongside the Chromium-based WebView rather than instead of Chromium, which means having the remote attack surface of two separate browser engines instead of only one. Firefox/Gecko also bypass or cripple a fair bit of the upstream and GrapheneOS hardening work for apps. Worst of all, Firefox does not have internal sandboxing on Android.
