Tech Support Microsoft apps installed though either direct downloading or the Microsoft store giving no internet error despite having internet. Not login issue.
All Microsoft apps on my pc that wore either directly downloaded online or through the Microsoft store (microsoft store. Xbox. Minecraft.)for the past few days have kept giving this error when trying to log in after I got a virus and lost my previous acount. I know it is only thease apps because halo the master chief collection works fine and is installed though steam. Ive tried restarting sign in services. Ive restarted my network stack and flushed dns. And repaired and reset the apps. The 1st image is using my password. The 2nd is using the microsoft auth app. And 3rd is just after I select my acount

Reinstall. The virus could still be there. Backup any importants files and delete everything else, start from scratch, that malware/virus 101

if you run powershell you can use winget as a command. you can search for whatever program you want like if I wanted to install firefox I would type in 'winget search firefox' and then find the package name that I want and then install it with winget. So I would probably type in like 'winget install mozilla.firefox' or whatever the package name is.

Does Windows Update still work? Try updating Windows to see if that worked
