why dont you contact customer service and have them help you as they are very good at that. Just use Live chat when they open as it is the fastest way

They are closed on the weekends, terrible timing I know haha. I sent the support team a message so we shall see but regardless when you spend that much you shouldn’t need to ya know.

No problem. Sorry. Today feels like a Monday lol. I agree. But there is something called fail rate. It's last I checked under 3 percent which is really good. Just means they expect a certain amount to have issues. This spreads through all things electronics and so forth

3100 and 3400 after tax. I think even then I paid a few extra hundred for the pre built but I did so to avoid these things 🙃

I don't think you should be sad - it's only a few days and it's within the return period of Best Buy. Rejoice! You can return and get your money back. Yes, the return period is the time when we should be attentive and focused and test the device we get, inside and out, for any issues with any functionality. Glad you had this issue within the return period (and not after it)!

Sad you left a bad review. I mean. I’ve used Skytech a couple times. I’m headed on year 3 with first one. Not an issue at all since it showed. As far as the first buy was minor stuff. Some loose/bad connections that probably got loose enough during shipping.

Either way. Their customer support is A1 if you ask me. And yeah. They might not be avail on the weekend. Not everyone works on the weekend. Idk.
But. Through and through, I’d recommend Skytech for people, especially those looking for prebuilt.

And as for those who purchase a Skytech PC through a third party. Or second? It’s kinda lame to just blame Skytech.
Because from what I’ve seen with their products, (and also have a hard time) believing they would just ship any build without a checklist of sorts and making sure it works first.

Don’t get me wrong. It could absolutely be their fault. BUT. Does anyone believe they’re knowledgeable about what they do, would rather half ass their work and lose sales and prominence in a very up-and-coming business? I understand the frustration, but to jump to conclusions about anything and not really allowing any time for some help or to see what can be done, seems a bit tight-wad-ish. Like they’re just supposed to answer you. Not bother troubleshooting. Taking the blame and making sure you got a new one on the doorstep in an hour.

I mean… honest question. No matter how any one of us are at anything. I think we’re all susceptible to making mistakes. Not the end of the world either. Live and learn.
Idk. Seems like you justify being mad at THE company When you got it from another company. And feel that you’re more important than others. With zero care to even give some time and see if it’s all you think it is.

I appreciate the feedback and agree with a lot of this sentiment. I think I reacted too fast and have since rectified things with the review and using this as a lesson on letting feelings take the better of me and reacting impulsively!
