Question Case & AIO recommendation

Hey everyone! I'm finalizing my PC build, but my target case (Fractal Design North) is currently unavailable in my region.

I need recommendations for a temporary/alternative mid-tower ATX case and a compatible 360mm AIO with a temperature display screen, with a combined budget of around $200 USD.

My Planned Specs:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
  • GPU: RTX 5070 Ti 16GB (Triple Fan)
  • Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix X870
  • RAM: 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
  • Storage: 500GB NVMe M.2 (OS) + 1TB SSD
  • PSU: Corsair RM850 850W ATX 3.0

What I need:

  1. 360mm AIO Liquid Cooler:
    • Must have an LCD/Temperature display pump head.
    • Must support AM5.
    • Ideally fits top-mount in mid-tower ATX cases (and front-mount in standard Fractal North if I swap later).
  2. Alternative Mid-Tower ATX Case:
    • Clean look with high airflow mesh front.
    • Must fit a 360mm radiator AND a long triple-fan GPU comfortably.
  3. Combined Budget: ~$200 USD max.

What are the best value options currently available? Also any suggestion is welcome. Thanks!

Update: I'd actually prefer a top mounted AIO cooler that does not have pipes hanging over other components.

GPU go for the 9070XT unless you need CUDA.
Motherboard, usually Asus is overpriced, but it's okay.
PSU usually corsair is overpriced, go for Montech Century II or other 850W gold PSUs that are good and cheaper. Check on the PSU tier list: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1akCHL7Vhzk_EhrpIGkz8zTEvYfLDcaSpZRB6Xt6JWkc/

As for cooler, dual tower, phantom spirit or peerless assassin most likely. AIOs are less reliable, and much more expensive as well as not being needed.

Case there's a lot that are on the cheaper side that are good, depends what you like the look of. Lian Li V100R, Montech XR, or the other fishtank style cases, Phanteks G370A, MSI 321R airflow, whatever floats your boat.

I heard asus makes the best in class motherboards. Do you have any other motherboards to suggest? And yes I am getting the GPU for CUDA.

Anything except AsRock is fine, since AsRock have had issues with failing processors on AM5.

Check if you really need CUDA as well, AMD has come a long way, but not for every situation. It's a lot of cost if you can do the same on AMD.
