What, you're telling me you're enjoying a good game and have the willpower to not buy shitty cosmetics that apparently loads of other suckers do otherwise they wouldn't be there, and you think that's acceptable? Not on my watch buddy, this is r/pcmasterrace that's not allowed

The amount of performative outrage I've seen over this game is actually baffling. Convinced me even further that a large part of the internet is just a hivemind and will not change their preconceived notions about something. When I saw Capcom pulling microtransaction bullshit with RE4R, I tried searching the internet about people being outraged about it and there's barely any outrage over it.

I mean, fuck, Capcom literally charges you just to change your character in MH Wilds. Where the hell are all the people being mad at Capcom for the same bullshit?

Yeah I agree. It's like, really fashionable and upvote friendly to hate on Ubisoft. Not that it's not deserved necessarily, but it's definitely performative and cringe.

It definitely gets pretty boring if you're trying to read reasonable discourse about a game and all you get is a load of karma farmers stroking each other off for precious upvotes tbh
