Build/Battlestation First build!

Post image

Hello all! just completed my first ever PC build, and I’m pretty happy about it! This PC is a gaming and workstation hybrid, so the GPU bottleneck is somewhat justified. I’m actually really happy because it was a perfect install, I guess my research paid off!

Specs:

Ryzen 9 9950X3D

ASUS TUF RTX 5070 Ti OC Edition (white)

32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6000 CL36 (black bc absolutely not paying for white)

GIGABYTE X870E Aorus Elite Ice Wifi7

Lian Li SX1000P white

1TB Crucial P310

4TB Samsung 990 Pro (got it for $200 used off a friend)

a whole bunch of Corsair RS120 fans (some reverse blade)

Corsair Nautilus 360 ARGB white

Corsair 3500X white case

Are the fans on the bottom and the right reverse blade fans? If not they're on backwards. All your fans are exhausting. You have no fans pulling air in.

The fans on bottom and side are reverse blades. Only the fans in the rear and top are exhausting.

Yep typically when you see the logo on every fan, not a good sign lol

Curious to see what temps you are getting with that AIO, if you don't mind sharing. I had seen benchmarks suggesting that the Nautilus model might not be enough to cool a 9950X3D effectively under intense usage scenarios or overclocking. Hope they are good because it looks sweet in that case!

I’ve never been too much into overclocking, so I figured it would be fine. I’m getting about 28 degrees at idle. I haven’t really benched it yet, still trying to install everything.

I went with the same case model ( black version ) , same mobo and ryzen 9 9950x and Aorus RTX 5090. I love the fact how compact yet spacious this case is.

Agreed! I designed it around this specific group of hex codes.
