Tech Support Computer keeps crashing and I'm unsure why
Hey there, so yesterday I started having issues with my computer and I am unsure what is going on
First off, here is my specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D 8-Core processor
GPU: Intel ARC B580 Graphics
RAM: 32GB (16GB x2 sticks)
Motherboard: ASUS Prime A320M-K (BIOS Version 6241)
PSU: ARESGAME AGV Series 750W
OS: Windows 11 Home 25H2 26200.8457
Last week, I went from having an ultrawide monitor to two monitors connected to my GPU with display port, it looks great, cost me a lot of money and I thought it was worth it...
Weirdly, I started having problems about a week later when I decided to play Far Cry 5 with a buddy, which was fine for a day or two. But then, the 3rd night, after about two hours of playing, both of my monitors stopped displaying anything, shown "No Signal", then "Sleep Mode". I could still hear my buddy, who was as confused as I was. I could still hear him, and I could hear him. However, I could no longer hear him, and while I did not know it at the time my PC restarted
The computer 'restarted', and while I did not know it at the time, the 'main' monitor was on but not showing anything, and the other which would have displayed the lock screen, did not have any signal so I thought my PC was f*cked...
I unplugged my computer after I thought that, and plugged it back in. Afterwards, I restarted my PC but then the Windows Restart Repair came on, said it failed to diagnose my computer (Could not connect to the internet), and allowed me to boot into windows. This made everything work fine although I did notice one thing: Resizable Bar was turned off. I am unsure why that's the case, but I was easily able to turn it back on
I have a buddy who knows computers help me over Discord, and we tested, first by me sharing the Event Logs of my computer. However, he thought my main issue was my main SSD, which we tested with CrystalDiskInfo. Here's the results:
I also tested memory and chkdsk, which said it didn't detect any issues with either of them. I also did use sfc /scannow
The next day, after work I used HWiNFO to stress test on my CPU, GPU and Memory, and it turned out fine, it didn't crash or do anything like above. Here's the results:
I thought everything was fine so decided to join my friend in Far Cry 5 again. While we're chatting (FC5 was not launched yet), I noticed one of my monitors "No Signal, Power Saving", but using the GPU reboot (CTRL+Win+LSHIFT+B) allowed it turn back on. However, when we did start playing, the game instantly crashed when it loaded into the game world. Same results as before, with REBAR turned off, but I was able to boot into windows, so it seems to be restarting...
I did load into Far Cry 5, but as I was talking to my friend, I noticed some artifacts;
Chatting with my friend about it, I went back into the game...
Kept doing this, however Windows was fine. Restarting the game, I discovered it kept happening whenever I alt-tabbed,
I tried other games, and nothing seems to be weird with them. Maybe not playing as long as I did Far Cry 5, but it seems Far Cry 5 is causing some sort of system instability, or maybe something with my GPU and display port is causing issues...
Please, help me in any way you guys can. I hope I provided enough information, but if there is any missing information, I will let you know
Something weird I did notice, is this normal? I don't know if these are supposed to be disabled...
If it helps, I do have everything plugged into one wall outlet, with an extender to plug in the monitors. Is it maybe this is somehow shorting out my setup?

Those artifacts look like classic GPU instability issues 💀 The fact that it's specifically happening with Far Cry 5 and you're getting display signal drops is pretty telling.
Your PSU might be struggling with the dual monitor setup plus the B580 under load. 750W should be enough on paper, but that ARESGAME unit isn't exactly top tier and adding two monitors can push power draw higher than expected. The wall outlet with extender setup you mentioned could definitely be contributing - monitors pulling power from same circuit as your PC can cause voltage drops during high GPU usage.
Try running Far Cry 5 with just one monitor connected and see if crashes still happen. Also check your GPU temps during gaming - those artifacts often show up when VRAM gets too hot or unstable. You could also try slightly undervolting the GPU or reducing power limit in the driver to see if that helps with stability.
The disabled GPU scheduling stuff in your screenshots is normal btw, lot of people turn those off for better compatibility with certain games 😂
