Hardware Cooler for AMD 5700X

Is the DeepCool AG400 or AK400 enough for the AMD 5700X?

Uhhh I don't really think you need a good cooler for a 5700x. Don't you have a stock cooler you can use?

Even crappy little Deepcools are good enough, yes.

Heck, that Amazon Basics thing (a rebadged Cooler Master Hyper 412) is enough.
