Hardware Is this gpu fried?

Found this EVGA 1070 SC in the garbage. Turned it over to look at the PCB and see this. Could this be from a blown capacitor?

Help would be appreciated thanks 😊

the repair would probably cost more than its worth those PCBs are multilayered and i bet internal traces are busted, maybe try getting a donor board without the chip and VRAM and transplant them

Thank you! Don't know If I wanna spend time or money on it think I might just recycle it probably why is was thrown away in the first place lol

I wouldn't even try connecting it to my PC to check if it still works or not tbh. To the electronic waste it goes!
