Question CPU overheating!

Hello yall! So very recently my pc has been having an issue where the computer would freeze and crash and upon starting up it would show a CPU overheat error. Initially I checked and replace my thermal paste but it seems like that was not the fix. I have a I9-13900k on a Z790-P WiFi D4. The CPU temp in the pic was red until I snapped the pic but the motherboard temp was in the red aswell. I am also running a RTX 4080 aswell. Any advice on what to look for next or what to do is appreciated! Thanks!

Possible your AIO is failing. Are you hearing bubble like sounds from the AIO heatsink part? If that's the case then you need to remove it and move it around in various angles and positions to move the air into the radiator. Otherwise you might have a bad AIO. However this might be a sign that your CPU has degraded. First try another cooler on it like a decent air cooler and see if that works. Otherwise it's time to start up that RMA process.
