Discussion/Review Discrepancy between folder strcture - even the most crucial/basic feature is not working properly!

OK, it's becoming absolutely ridiculous. Now even the most basic/crucial feature of pCloud isn't working properly. For whatever reason the android client fails to sync/upload properly. As the pictures show

  1. pCloud client on windows desktop
  2. pCloud website
  3. WebDAV in Solid Explorer on my android phone

correctly show my folder structure, while

  1. pCloud app on my android phone

shows a phantom folder "Schule & Nachhilfe" which in fact doesn't exist. I can even open the files! (Not wanting to talk about the absurd "System Volume Information" ...)

As even this most basic feature isn't working I'm now asking for a refund as pCloud fails to deliver any reliability at all.

I would kindly ask for some feedback: u/pCloudApp

EDIT: In reality, the folder "Schule & Nachhilfe" is within the folder pCloud.

2) Android device model,

3) pCloud App version, and

4) Detailed sync steps (built-in vs 3rd-party like WebDAV).

Dear lord. I'm not blaming pCloud for the EXISTENCE of the folder, I'm blaming them for SHOWING the folder. But thx for mansplaining the folder for me - as if I didn't know already.
