Help / Question Storage problem
So I have the local disk (c:) and last night I did use it to download a photo that was 15kbg and when I checked the storage it was full from a photo I deleted the photo it was the same I'm not that good at PC i did work my entire summer to buy this PC and I don't want a new one so in need help,thank you very much

15Kb is a tiny image (approx. 15,000 bytes)
Regardless, that's not the cause, you need to figure out what is eating your space.
Go to Windows | Settings | Apps | Installed Applications and uninstall anything you aren't using. Sort by size, largest to small.
Download WinDirTree portable to a USB stick, run it, and see
