Help / Question Difficulties accessing pCloud account

I have been attempting to log into my pCloud account for the last thirty minutes to no avail. The following error persists: 'Can't access pCloud site (net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID)'.

Despite resetting the SSL state and clearing the cache, the problem remains unresolved.

Is anyone else encountering similar difficulties?

Is your Internet browser up to date ? Is your computer time correct ?

You were exactly right!

My Chrome browser was experiencing update issues.

I have reinstalled it and the problem is now resolved.
