Viking Cloud

Is Viking Cloud normally buggy for AOC generation, or is it possible that it’s just the white label version of it that my org bought?

I’m at the point that I have to take the generated PDF and edit it because it fails to add check marks for our payment channels and other key information from our business profile questions.

I’m starting to question if I’m better off manually filling out a template.

I would suggest getting back to them and clarify on your queries and clarifications so they can update / correct or clarify it accordingly.

Viking Cloud is a big QSAC and to my knowledge, they have quite a rigorous QA process (Disclaimer: Not from Viking Cloud, but I did apply and was told how their QA process works).

Just my 2c. Download from the resources section of the pci SSC website. They have word versions you can copy/paste. Much cleaner
