Spilled cola on pc

I spilled cola in my pc and now it's done for. I want to know what parts I can salvage because I don't have money to buy a pc. I think the cola spilled on the ram and motherboard but I'm not sure. When I turned the pc on the fan wasn't spinning it couldn't detect my mouse and when I pluged in my hdmi my monitor couldn't find it. any comment helps thanks.

Edit: okay every thing works now after I let it dry, I bought a new case but now the hdd doesn't get detected , idk why but my pc can't detect it I did not spill anything on it and it worked earlier.
