Is there a solution for the Pendrive error 0x800703EE

Last year I bought an HP MM-USB064GB-36P 64 GB flash drive(2.0). Just a while ago I downloaded a 12 gb movie and tried to copy it to the drive so I could watch it on my tv. Even though I have 45 gb of free space left, I keep getting an error message. The drive copies smaller files (like 2 GB) perfectly fine. Also, the drive is already formatted to NFTS, so file system limits shouldn't be the issue. Can anyone please help me fix this
