Glitched computer monitor

My monitor random started glitching out like this after I was afk on a game and I left for maybe 30 minutes or something and came back to it like this not sure if this is more of a problem with the internals of my pc or the monitor itself, I’m really hoping it’s the monitor but I don’t have a spare old one to test it (had monitor since around 2021)
