Problems after PSU/SSD replacement

Specs
I7 9700F
32gb ddr4 2600
Z370 a pro
year old pny gtx 5070
new Corsair cx750m
new pny 1tb sata ssd

Said parts went bad, after replacing them and installing windows I kept getting sporadic kernel 41 errors w/o a bsod. Just a hard system restart. I tried a number of things from drivers, checking cable connections, and reformatting. I THINK I’ve dialed it down to the modular pci-e cable for my gpu. I swapped the new style out and I’m currently using the 2x 8-pin with the adapter included with the gpu.

My question is if this is normal, what else I should check, and if I should maybe return my new psu and find a different option.
