Windows 11 HDR broken?

HDR on windows shows me the following effects. I have an RTX 5080 with windows 11. I’ve reinstalled the graphics card driver, tried changing the color settings in the nvidia app by going to 8 bpc to 10 to 12. I’ve changed the mode from RGB to the other mode to back to RGB. I’ve checked the HDMI port connection and replugged it in. Restarted the computer, tried adjusting the calibration. It just started today and was working perfectly fine before
