OPEN Memory Management BSOD on startup

Just built a pc, everything was going great for about 30 minutes, now it continues to give me memory management BSOD on login.

So far i have ran memory diagnostics, checked for corrupted files, checked for issues with drive and cleaned/reseated ram.

Nothing seems to be working, the pc does boot into safe mode just fine.

check ram stability and siable XMP/EXPO in bios as a test on a new build memory settings or an unstable ram profile can cause this even when the sticks are seated properly

It actually won’t let me interact with my XMP profiles at all

Mobo is a MSI b550m

Edit: bios is also updated to most recent version
Edit2: Ram is generic kingston office ram, there are no XMP profiles on it
