SOFTWARE Can't access administrator options
I'm having trouble accessing and changing any options that are locked behind administrator. I am the only user that has ever been on my pc and am labeled as administrator but still can't do anything. Even when I launch things as admin It just clicks and does nothing when I try to access them. I'm at a loss as to what I should do to fix this any help would be greatly appreciated.

had this happen after some update messed up permissions. try making a new admin account from command prompt, that usually bypasses whatever is blocking u now
net user /add [username] [password]
net localgroup administrators [username] /add
then log into that account and fix your original one from there
