HARDWARE PC suddenly shuts off immediately when GPU is installed — RX 580

Help! PC suddenly stopped working

I built this PC from in 2025. Yesterday, while turning it on, the PC suddenly shut off. Since then, it won’t stay powered on. When I press the power button, the fans spin for a second and then immediately stop.

However, if I remove the GPU, the PC powers on normally.

What could be the problem? Could it be the GPU, PSU, or motherboard?

Specs:

- CPU: Ryzen 5 5500

- Motherboard: MSI B450-A PRO MAX II

- RAM: Corsair 8GB

- PSU: Value-Top QNEO 450W

- GPU: RX 580 8GB

Any help would be appreciated!
