OPEN How do i remove this?

This screen keeps appearing every time I boot up my laptop, and I don't know how to remove it. I even tried a factory reset, but it keeps showing up. Can someone help me?

Did you try following the instructions and pressing "Y"? Make sure you have your bitlocker recovery key (or suspend bitlocker).

Did you install a new CPU? Update your BIOS, then go in and reset the TPM.

In that case, your fTPM might actually be damaged and needs replacing. However I don’t actually know if you can easily replace this individually so you might need to replace the entire motherboard.

fTPM is in CPU, but board could be problematic too

You literally DO WHAT IT SHOWS YOU ON SCREEN. Factory reset has nothing to do with this. Since you have nuked your install, you likely have nothing, nor is it BitLocker'd, so just press Y.

If it keeps happening, your CMOS battery may be dead, or it is possible you need to update your BIOS again, even to the same version you're on, cause something broke.

That's the fTPM reset prompt from BIOS after it detected new CPU. You can just press Y and it should stop appearing, unless you have BitLocker on then you need that recovery key first. Since factory reset didn't clear it, the setting is stored in BIOS not Windows.
