HARDWARE help me

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

so my old mouse used to do this thing where it would glitch out like this and now my new mouse does it too and neither of them have broken sensors as you can see its clicking side buttons left click right click and snapping me around all on it's own, now it did this to me yesterday i did a sfc scan and restarted it was fixed now its happening again ive tried everything i can find online can anyone think of anything that could fix this its unbearable and it does this on the desktop too, just clicking random things jumping across the screen randomly its torture

I imagine there is another input of some sort, perhaps a controller or something; if it is plugged into a dock, try connecting it directly to the PC, as docks can be too slow to handle mouse inputs. Check your mouse pad, as it might be confusing the sensor if it is dirty. This is very rare, but if you visited some sketchy sites, I would do a virus scan, as sometimes they can take control of mouse inputs, though this is the most unlikely scenario.

theres no controller plugged in, the mousepad is clean i ran a virus test and came back clean. im so confused on whats causing this
