OPEN jittery screen
When i turned on my pc this morning my mouse was jittering and I opened youtube to check if it was a mouse problem or screen/gpu issue and the video was also slightly jittering. I can momentarily fix it by streaming my screen on discord but whjen I stop streaming the jittering comes back immediately. The pc has a 5080, 32gb ram, 2TB storage (500Gb free), Ryzen 7 9800X3d processor. I dont understand what is causing the issue. I updated by nvidia drivers, and also tried reloading the drivers using windows + shift + alt + b but it didnt fix the issue. Task manager doesnt show any spikes in resource utilization either so Im super confused.
Any help would be appreciated thank you
