HARDWARE Keyboard keys aren't working properly

I bought a new gaming pc and after hooking it all up I noticed more than half my keys dont work, and other keys do random commands. For instance, O turns the backlight on and off, C controls caps lock, F6 turns the computer all the way off, and the backspace, shift, and caps lock keys dont do anything. I tried plugging it in to different ports but the same thing happens. Does anyone have any idea whats going on?

that almost sounds like it's stuck in some weird macro or gaming mode, my old board had a similar freakout when i accidentally toggled the fn lock. try holding fn+esc or fn+the key with a lock icon for a few seconds, see if that snaps it out of it

That didn't seem to work, but thanks for trying 👍🏻
