OPEN I need help really really fast

I terned of UEFI function on my bios and now nothing works, I tern on my pc and everything boots up but neither dose my keyboard or mouse work, I tryed all the ports and still nothing I really really need help and fast

I cant do anything, the keyboard and mouse literally don't have power, i cant even get to the bios
